Associate Veterinary Receptionist Renewal

This option is for those who are renewing their registration only.

You can apply for your AVR renewal here.

To renew your AVR status you will need to be a current, active BVRA member and also upload evidence of at least five hours of relevant CPD. This can be in the form of an excel spreadsheet CPD log or by uploading certificates of completion.

In addition, you will need to submit three short case studies, instructions for doing this are available within the renewal application process.

After your renewal fee has been paid and CPD evidence and case studies have been uploaded, your submission will be reviewed by the BVRA. If further information is required, we will contact you. Once your renewal application is approved, you will receive an email informing you that your Associate Veterinary Receptionists (AVR) status has been successfully renewed, and you will be able to download your certificate.

Recent Testimonial

It is refreshing to see veterinary receptionists getting the recognition and respect that they have long deserved. I am immensely proud to call myself an Associate Veterinary Receptionist and use my post-nominals wherever I can - all whilst showing off my hard-earned badge of course!
