“How to be a BOS Boss” was a presentation given by Emma Hancox from Domes Pharma at BVRA Congress 2024.
In this session, Emma will be explaining what is a brachycephalic and what health problems they have – specifically eye problems (BOS). Emma will then look in to how front of house teams can drive owner awareness and help receptionists spot the signs of eye problems in the waiting room. Emma will close the session by helping you understand what receptionists and front of house teams can do to help and directly impact the welfare of these breeds.
