Triage for Veterinary Receptionists - BVRA Congress 2024

Being able to Triage is an important part of the Receptionists role within the Veterinary Practice. The aim of Triage is to be able to categorise telephone calls from pet owners into level of urgency and forward this information to the correct member of staff within practice 

Rachel will cover all aspects of Triage and some scenarios that may present in the waiting room where you maybe first on the scene.
