BVRA Congress 2026 promises another inspiring and engaging day dedicated to veterinary receptionists and practice teams. Taking place on Friday 25th September 2026 at the voco St John’s Hotel, Solihull, the congress will bring together professionals from across the UK for a full day of learning, networking and celebration.
We are currently finalising the full delegate pack and awaiting speaker confirmations. Further details will be announced soon, but you can expect a varied and practical programme designed to support your development, wellbeing and impact within practice.

The full 2026 programme will be published once speakers are confirmed.
The day will begin with registration from 8:15am, followed by a welcome address and a carefully curated series of lectures and interactive sessions. As in previous years, the programme will include time for exhibition visits, networking breaks and a buffet lunch.
Sessions will focus on professional development, communication, wellbeing, client experience and current issues affecting the veterinary profession.
A detailed agenda, including timings and session titles, will be released shortly.
The hotel is approximately 1 mile from Solihull Train Station and only a few miles off the M42 motorway.
St John’s Hotel is providing free parking for congress attendees (vehicle registration required).
BVRA Congress will be held in the Malvern Suite, which has its own entrance off the main car park.
Ticket sales for BVRA Congress 2026 are now open while we continue to finalise the full programme and confirm the full speaker line-up.
Early Bird pricing is available until 31st May 2026, with discounted rates for BVRA members. Full pricing details can be found above.
