Passionate about improving the veterinary experience for pets, owners and practice teams alike, Claire works closely with practices across the UK to raise awareness of pet anxiety and support earlier conversations around behavioural wellbeing. She strongly believes that every member of the practice team has an important role to play in improving patient welfare, and that reception teams are true front-of-house heroes when it comes to supporting anxious pets and their owners.
