Are you ok? – Support the Wellbeing of you and your Team
Join Vetlife for a practical session designed especially for veterinary reception teams. Discover simple, evidence-based tools you can use every day to support not only your own wellbeing, but that of your colleagues too.
Working on the front line in practice can carry a unique emotional load, balancing client expectations, patient care, and team communication. In this session, we’ll explore real-life experiences, helping you recognise why you feel the way you do and what you can do about it.
You’ll leave with practical strategies to help create a more supportive, positive workplace culture, one where every team member feels heard, valued, and understood
