On the 11th September 2023, British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) President Jaime Kiem sat down with British Veterinary Association (BVA) President Malcolm Morley, British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA) President Charlotte Pace, BVRA Vice President Kayleigh Walker and BVRA council member Danielle Bowers to discuss inter practice communication.
