This day is relevant to anyone who wishes or has been asked to become the Team Leader of their front of house Customer Care Team. This can be exciting but daunting – but we know you can do it! However, you do need to know a few things to make sure that you get off to a good start, as managing all the things that you need to think about, organise, and do whilst still serving clients and running around after the vets can be tricky. Such things include rotas, managing the diaries on the practice management system, being on top of IT, client communication, literature, resolving the cashing-up issues – and not least having to manage your colleagues with whom you used to be ‘one of them’.
