Who this is for: The event is suitable for everyone in the veterinary team, no matter which species they treat or what their role in practice is. We encourage the whole team to attend, including the client care team and receptionists. 
This event will be delivered in-person, providing delegates with the opportunity to interact with the speakers and each other, ask questions and share learning. The event is designed to ensure that delegates get the most out of the day and leave feeling confident to implement QI into daily practice.

Duration: Eight hours of CPD with an optional free follow-up workshop to provide direct assistance with individual projects.
