We are deligthed to announce the UK’s first BVRA Level 3 Certificate holder.

A massive congratulations to Christina Ganly at White Cross vets for being the first person to complete our “iPET Network Level 3 Certificate for Veterinary Receptionists (BVRA)”. Christina worked hard and smashed through her Ofqual recognised qualification, deserving the status of being the UK’s first BVRA Level 3 Certificate holder!

Christina says: “The course provides an in-depth look at the role of a veterinary receptionist and covers all areas that you would encounter in practice. I felt it gave me a different perspective on my role and the things I have learnt will be put into practise in order to provide the best client care and patient care that I can.  The course takes a lot of hours and commitment and is very thorough and detailed in regards to answering the course content.  I am so pleased to have achieved this qualification and feel proud to have some recognition of my experience as a veterinary receptionist.”
