The BVRA are excited to announce a brand-new service for practices looking to strengthen their reception team and enhance their client journey. We are delighted to offer education and support for you and your veterinary receptionists by observation and in-practice training. Not only can we help with some of the challenging parts of managing a team such as rotas, practice protocols, CPD training and more; we can also offer guidance and support to help strengthen colleague relationships and teamwork.
